赣锋锂业(01772)控股子公司 Minera Exar拟在境外发行不超过 2 亿美元或其他等值货币的债券
赣锋锂业(01772)公布，于2024年7月15日，为满足公司控股子公司 Minera Exar SA(以下简称“Minera Exar”)境外业务发展的需要，进一步拓宽境外融资渠道，提高资金使用灵活性，同时结合目前海外债券市场的情况，董事会同意授权 Minera Exar 作为发行主体，在中国境外发行不超过 2 亿美元或其他等值货币的债券，授权董事会及其授权人士全权办理本次发债相关事宜。
