海信家电(00921)：徐国君被提名为独立非执行董事
海信家电(00921)发布公告，鉴于独立非执行董事张世杰任期将于2024年8月2日届满，按照有关法律、法规和公司章程的规定，公司董事会宣布，徐国君被提名为第十二届董事会之独立非执行董事，其委任须待公司股东于公司举行之临时股东大会上批准。若徐先生当选，任期将由彼于临时股东大会获委任之日起至公司第十二届董事会届满止，徐先生当选后，张先生将不再担任独立非执行董事。
