同道猎聘(06100)获主席兼执行董事戴科彬合共增持1769.84万股公司股份
同道猎聘(06100)发布公告，公司董事会获公司主席兼执行董事戴科彬通知，其于2024年7月10日至2024年7月16日期间透过其受控法团May Flower Information Technology Co., Limited于公开市场以总代价4260万港元购买公司合共1769.84万股股份，占已发行股份总数3.44%。股份购买每股最高价格及每股平均价格分别为2.74港元及2.41港元。董事会获悉，于符合适用的法律及监管要求的情况下，戴先生或会考虑于未来适合时进一步增持其于公司的股权。
董事会获悉，戴先生对公司的未来前景充满信心。董事会同意戴先生的观点，认为股份的交易水平明显低估了公司的表现。董事会亦认同戴先生对公司前景及内在价值的信心及其对公司的长期承诺。
