侨雄国际(00381)拟折让约1.77%配股 最多净筹约5130万港元
侨雄国际(00381)公布，于2024年7月16日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多4.7亿股配售股份，占扩大后股本约63.85%;每股配售股份0.111港元，较2024年7月16日收市价每股0.113港元折让约1.77%。
配售事项净筹约5130万港元，约5100万港元用于偿还湖北可换股债券未偿还金额，余额则用作公司一般营运资金。
