港股异动 | 蒙牛乳业(02319)逆市涨超4% 乳制品龙头自由现金流创新高 分红比例仍有提升潜力
蒙牛乳业(02319)逆市涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.75%，报14.94港元，成交额1.5亿港元。
广发证券指出，近年来乳制品行业增长放缓，但乳制品龙头商业模式好、在产业链上下游中具备较强话语权，具备长期创造自由现金流的能力。其中，2023 年伊利和蒙牛自由现金流均创新高，分红比例均提升。该行指出，2023年蒙牛将分红比例提升至40.0%，预计未来蒙牛分红比例仍有提升潜力。
此外，6月28日，妙可蓝多拟4.48亿元收购蒙牛奶酪获通过。据悉，6月12日，妙可蓝多曾发布公告，为解决公司与蒙牛奶酪在奶酪业务上存在的同业竞争问题，并进一步增强公司盈利能力及核心竞争力，以及奶酪品类领导者地位，公司拟以4.48亿元现金收购蒙牛奶酪100%股权。
