弘业期货(03678)拟提名黄东彦为监事候选人
弘业期货(03678)发布公告，因工作安排，原监事会主席虞虹女士已于2024年7月17日辞任公司第四届监事会监事及监事会主席职务。辞职后，虞虹女士不再担任公司任何职务。
经公司控股股东推荐，监事会拟选提名黄东彦先生为公司第四届监事会监事候选人，任期自公司股东大会审议通过之日起至第四届监事会换届之日止。
