希教国际控股(01765)已拟定建议重组的初步条款
希教国际控股(01765)公布，经考虑公司目前的财务状况及已识别债权人的反馈意见，公司已拟定建议重组的初步条款，以便与其债权人进一步讨论。
就相关债券而言，预计未偿还债务将按以下方式偿付：相当一部分未偿还金额的初始现金还款，将由公司的集资活动提供资金;及还款责任，相当于剩余债务将会于日后通过出售公司若干资产及╱或筹集其他融资资源予以偿付。
公司谨此强调其全额偿还债权人的承诺，并无意对相关债券的未偿还金额进行扣减。于本公告日期，公司仍在就建议重组的确实条款与债权人进行磋商。
