时代天使(06699)发布公告，为向关键雇员提供长期激励，于2024年7月17日，公司根据首次公开发售后受限制股份单位计划向246名承授人授出68.44万份受限制股份单位，相当于合共68.44万股公司普通股，惟须待受限制股份单位承授人接纳后方可作实。股份于受限制股份单位授出日期的收市价为每股股份56.45港元。
此外，为向关键雇员提供长期激励，于2024年7月17日，公司向一名承授人授出6万份购股权，令承授人有权根据首次公开发售后购股权计划的条款于行使该等购股权后认购合共6万股股份，惟须待购股权承授人接纳后方可作实。股份于授出日期的收市价为每股股份56.45港元。
