希教国际控股(01765)高开近15%，截至发稿，涨14.80%，报0.225港元，成交额82.58万港元。
消息面上，希教国际控股(01765)公布，经考虑公司目前的财务状况及已识别债权人的反馈意见，公司已拟定建议重组的初步条款，以便与其债权人进一步讨论。公告称，就相关债券而言，预计未偿还债务将按以下方式偿付：相当一部分未偿还金额的初始现金还款，将由公司的集资活动提供资金;及还款责任，相当于剩余债务将会于日后通过出售公司若干资产及╱或筹集其他融资资源予以偿付。
据悉，希教国际控股此前发布公告称，清盘呈请已于6月24日在高等法院进行聆讯，并已押后至稍后日期进行实质聆讯。于寻求法律意见后，公司正对呈请提出异议，公司基于善意实质性争议的反对依据包括 : 依据可转债的信托契据，呈请人不具备提出呈请的资格；被尝试的行使赎回期权未能满足可转债规定的行权步骤和条件，是无效的。
