兴业控股(00132)附属与合肥非凡生物科技订立融资租赁
兴业控股(00132)公布，于2024年7月18日，公司的附属公司绿金租赁与承租人合肥非凡生物科技有限公司订立融资租赁，以代价人民币1500万元自承租人取得资产的所有权，该等资产将返租予承租人，供其使用及占有，期限为五年，融资租赁的付款总额约为人民币1803.1万元。
资产包括承租人位于中国安徽省合肥市的若干指定餐厨处理设备及设施。
