远洋服务(06677)：远洋集团将以远洋集团债权人为受益人对所拥有的若干境外资产进行抵押
远洋服务(06677)发布公告，该公司注意到，公司控股股东远洋集团控股有限公司(远洋控股，连同其附属公司，统称“远洋集团”)已于2024年7月18日刊发公告，当中提及(其中包括)远洋控股已与远洋集团若干债权人(远洋集团债权人)就有关远洋集团相关境外债务重组的整体重组方案(该方案)的主要条款达成协议。根据该方案的条款，远洋集团将以远洋集团债权人为受益人对所拥有的若干境外资产(包括远洋集团持有的公司若干股份)进行抵押，作为该方案项下将予合并及重组的新债务的担保。
于本公告日期，远洋控股为公司的控股公司，间接持有公司7.556亿股股份，占公司已发行股份总数约63.82%。该方案本身不会影响远洋控股作为公司控股股东的地位，亦不会影响本集团的正常营运。
