广汽集团(02238)：广汽租赁拟就扩股增资事项作出公开挂牌
广汽集团(02238)发布公告，公司间接全资附属公司广汽租赁拟就扩股增资事项于广州产权交易所作出公开挂牌，借以寻找潜在战略投资者认购广汽租赁经扩大注册资本后的50%股权。
公开挂牌的底价(即扩股增资事项所募集的最低资金金额)将参考广汽租赁的经评定价值而厘定，而该项估值乃按照规管中国企业转让国有资产的相关规定进行;初步估计约为人民币21.3亿元，惟最终以完成备案的评估值为准。
扩股增资事项的最终代价将取决于成功中标人所提出的最终标价。于挂牌期届满后，如广州产权交易所识别出成功中标人，则广汽租赁将与该名成功中标人订立正式协议。
广汽租赁将从扩股增资事项所募集的额外资金中获益。倘扩股增资事项得以落实，其所得款项将主要用于充实广汽租赁的营运资金，以促进集团融资租赁业务的扩张，使集团发力汽车金融市场，从而赋能集团的新车销售。
