亨泰(00197)拟折让约3.32%配股 最多净筹约460万港元
亨泰(00197)公布，于2024年7月19日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司已有条件同意尽力以每股配售股份0.233港元的价格向不少于六名承配人配售最多2100万股配售股份，占扩大后股本约11.76 %。配售价较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股 0.241港元折让约3.32 %。
配售事项最多净筹约460万港元，拟用作集团的一般营运资金。
