英皇国际(00163)拟11.547亿港元出售香港非核心投资物业
英皇国际(00163)公布，于2024年7月19日，公司直接全资拥有公司英皇物业拟向Oriental Peak出售Accurate Choice Developments Limited的全部股权以及目标公司欠付卖方的待售贷款，代价约11.547亿港元(可予调整)。
据悉，目标公司的主要业务为投资控股。物业公司为于香港注册成立的有限公司，由目标公司间接全资拥有。物业公司从事物业投资业务及持有该等物业。该等物业为集团的非核心投资物业，遍及香港多个地点，总楼面面积约为13.14万平方尺。该等物业于2024年7月15日的公允市值总额为11.428亿港元。
经定期审视投资组合的业务营运后，集团认为该等物业乃属非核心投资物业，透过改装或重建工程获得进一步大幅增值的机会有限。因此，管理层认为出售事项是实现该等物业的价值的良机。出售事项将释放款项净额约11.532亿港元(可予调整)，可加强集团的财务状况，并为把握未来投资机会储备额外资金。
