德商产投服务(02270)发布公告，于2024年7月19日，公司与最终控股股东(邹康先生及邹健女士的统称)订立代建及增值服务框架协议，据此，集团同意向最终控股股东的关联公司提供代建及相关服务及其他增值服务，期限自生效日期起直至2024年12月31日止。
集团根据代建及增值服务框架协议向最终控股股东的关联公司提供代建及相关服务及其他增值服务构成公司的持续关连交易，自生效日期至2024年12月31日的相应年度上限为人民币1690万元。
