锦欣生殖(01951)公布，董事会注意到公司股份近期价格及交易量的不寻常波动。经作出于有关情况下属合理的一切查询后，董事会确认并不知悉波动的任何理由或根据香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部须予披露导致波动的任何内幕消息。
董事会亦谨此强调集团的业务营运仍属正常，集团的业务营运及财务状况亦无出现重大不利影响。
