心通医疗-B(02160)：上海微创心通与科威医疗订立2024年科威分销框架协议
心通医疗-B(02160)公布，于2024年7月19日(交易时段后)，上海微创心通与科威医疗订立2024年科威分销框架协议，据此，科威医疗同意向上海微创心通授出在中国分销分销产品的独家权利，期限由2024年7月19日起至2025年12月31日(包括首尾两日)止。
于2024年7月19日(交易时段后)，上海微创心通与科威医疗订立科威贷款协议，据此，上海微创心通(作为贷款人)同意向科威医疗(作为借款人)授出本金额为人民币1000万元的贷款融资，利率相等于科威贷款协议日期的一年期 LPR。贷款融资将由科威医疗以上海微创心通为受益人作出的以科威医疗的若干设备及设施(总净值约为人民币1710万元)作为抵押品的保证作担保。
