新耀莱(00970)拟折让约18.99%配售7487.94万股认购股份 净筹约4640万港元
新耀莱(00970)发布公告，于2024年7月19日，公司与该等认购人分别订立两份认购协议，该等认购人有条件同意认购而公司有条件同意配发及发行合共7487.94万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.64港元。
认购股份相当于完成后经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股份总数约15.97%。认购价每股认购股份0.64港元较股份于7月19日联交所所报的收市价每股0.79港元折让约18.99%。
公告称，认购事项的所得款项净额总计将约为4640万港元。每股认购股份的净价约为0.62港元。公司的意向为该等认购事项的所得款项净额中约800万港元用作所产生的诉讼开支;约2540万港元可能在机会出现时进行投资;及约1300万港元用作集团的一般营运资金。
