移动互联(中国)(01439)：正考虑向高等法院提交申请以取得许可，对上市复核委员会的决定进行司法复核
移动互联(中国)(01439)发布公告，公司已于2024年7月17日向联交所上市复核委员会及上市科书面要求公司的最后上市日期延后，以使有足够时间进行许可申请及供高等法院考虑公司就除牌决定提出的司法复核申请。于2024年7月18日，联交所通知公司，其决定暂缓取消公司股份之上市地位，以待公司于2024年8月1日或之前就司法复核作出许可申请。倘联交所决定落实上市复核委员会之决定以取消公司股份之上市地位，联交所将向公司提供不少于七天之事先通知。
公司现正寻求法律及专业意见，并正考虑向高等法院提交申请以取得许可，对上市复核委员会的决定进行司法复核。
