枫叶教育(01317)附属拟获授最多2.8亿新元的定期贷款融资
枫叶教育(01317)发布公告，于2024年7月22日，该公司间接附属CIS Pte Ltd(作为借款人)与贷款人(作为贷款人)(其中包括)订立定期贷款融资协议，据此，贷款人同意提供总金额最多2.8亿新元(约16.26亿港元)的定期贷款融资，最后到期日为定期贷款融资协议日期起五年届满当日。定期贷款融资的所得款项将用于为集团现有债务(包括过渡定期贷款融资协议项下或与之有关的未偿还金额)的悉数再融资、支付与定期贷款融资有关的成本及开支。
