港股异动 | 华晨中国(01114)再涨超3% 附属被征地获补偿4.5亿元 瑞银看好华晨宝马提供自由现金流
华晨中国(01114)现涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.78%，报3.84港元，成交额7728.58万港元。
消息面上，华晨中国公告，大东政府与华晨雷诺已就建议征收事项签订征收补偿协议书，据此，大东政府已同意货币补偿总金额约人民币4.51亿元。公司表示，华晨雷诺将租用辽宁省渖阳市大东区东望街39号A的工厂房产作为办公物业及工厂，华晨雷诺工厂将搬迁以继续恢复生产工作。
瑞银表示，华晨与其他上市国有车企不同，不再拥有烧钱的自家汽车业务，同时支付最多的股息，因其母公司华晨需要现金。该行又指，即使面对来自本地同业竞争增加及电动车转型挑战，其持有25%股权的华晨宝马未来数年仍能产生自由现金流，基于德国高端品牌价值。该行上调对华晨中国的投资评级，由“中性”升至“买入”，目标价则由4港元下调至3.5港元。该行料公司未来一年派发每股2元股息。
