港股异动 | 荃信生物-B(02509)涨超3% 与华东医药就QX005N注射液达成战略合作协议
荃信生物-B(02509)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨3.48%，报20.8港元，成交额107.86万港元。
消息面上，荃信生物近日宣布，与华东医药全资子公司杭州中美华东再度联手，双方就荃信生物自主研发的QX005N（重组人源化IL-4Rα单克隆抗体）注射液签署合作开发及市场推广服务协议。基于该合作，中美华东将深度参与QX005N注射液在授权区域（中国大陆、香港、澳门及台湾）内的后续临床开发并承担相关适应症50%的III期临床开发及后续注册费用；同时，中美华东将获得QX005N注射液在授权区域内的独家市场推广选择权。
公告称，与一家在全国拥有强大开发及商业化能力以及充足临床资源的大型医药公司合作以加快开发标的产品符合集团的最佳利益。此举亦符合行业惯例，并为集团带来商业利益，因为与中美华东的合作有利于标的产品充分拓展多适应症，释放产品价值；加快标的产品现有III期临床试验的开发进度，并为集团带来更多资金支持。
