港股异动 | 芯片股集体回落 美或加强芯片贸易管制 机构称海外政策对情绪影响大于实质影响
芯片股集体回落，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)跌4.03%，报22.65港元；上海复旦(01385)跌3.14%，报12.32港元；中芯国际(00981)跌2.66%，报17.54港元；晶门半导体(02878)跌1.64%，报0.3港元。
消息面上，受美国政府考虑加强芯片贸易管制的消息、以及此前美国总统候选人特朗普近期的采访言论影响，海外芯片股波动增大。交银国际指出，对半导体制造厂商来说，潜在的负面影响或集中在中国台湾地区，而美国本土以及中国大陆半导体制造公司受影响不大，甚至或能从中受益。
该行指出，市场担心政策对半导体设备的负面影响或延伸至半导体设计，加速资金从之前市场表现较好的半导体设计公司流出。但该行认为，从短期看，近期海外政策对市场情绪的影响或大于实质影响。长期看，贸易管制加剧或加速我国半导体设计的国产替代。
