港股异动 | 汽车街(02443)跌超8%创新低 较招股价累计破发四成 公司近年业绩承压
汽车街(02443)跌超8%，低见5.69港元创上市新低。较招股价10.2港元累计破发超四成。截至发稿，跌8.23%，报5.69港元，成交额114.67万港元。
据悉，汽车街作为一家连接二手车买家和卖家的交易媒介，主要通过拍卖模式为买家和卖家提供二手车交易平台。根据灼识谘询的资料，就2022年的交易量而言，汽车街是全国最大的二手车交易服务提供商。从财务方面看，汽车街的营收及利润均呈下降态势，尤其是盈利逐年下降明显。2021年至2023年，公司年度溢利分别为人民币约1.65亿元、6898万元及926.9万元。
此外，中国汽车流通协会数据显示，今年1—6月，二手车累计交易量938.29万辆，同比增长7.01%。尽管交易数量保持增长，但中国汽车流通协会专家、二手车资深从业者王萌表示，这一涨幅远低于预期。而将目光拉近至六月，全国二手车市场交易量仅有151.90万辆，同比下降0.93%，颓势更加明显。
