港股异动 | 明源云(00909)跌超4% 住宅开发市场持续调整 中金料其上半年总收入下滑5%
明源云(00909)跌超4%，低见1.83港元创历史新低。截至发稿，跌4.19%，报1.83港元，成交额1132.91万港元。
消息面上，中金近期发布研报称，预计1H24公司总收入将同比下滑5%；其中，受住宅开发市场持续调整影响，该行预计公司本地化部署软件及服务收入，以及云服务中的客户关系管理和天际PaaS平台业务收入或将同比下滑；预计项目建设、资产管理及运营业务线收入或将录得双位数增长。
此外，国信证券认为，7月以来，地产销售同比降幅有所企稳，但主要受基数效用影响，并未出现以“房价止跌”为标志的“真复苏”，甚至以“跌幅收窄”为代表的“准复苏”也有减弱趋势。目前仍无法判断房价何时能止跌，难以给出房企资产的真实价值。
