亨得利(03389)及要约人君雅有限公司联合公布，鉴于于本联合公告日期下午4时30分收到的有效接纳已超过6.61亿股股份，于本联合公告日期下午4时30分，接纳条件已获达成，且部分要约已就接纳成为无条件。
因此，部分要约将维持可供接纳及批准，直至2024年8月15日(星期四)(即最终截止日期)下午4时正为止。
