里昂：维持嘉里建设(00683)“跑赢大市”评级 目标价降至16.2港元
里昂发布报告称，下调嘉里建设(00683)2024年至2026年各年盈利预测分别10.7%、9.7%及13.5%，以反映减值及大众类住宅项目因价格战而录得较低的利润。该行将公司目标价由16.7港元降至16.2港元，维持“跑赢大市”评级。
该行预计，嘉里建设上半年的盈利将同比倒退，主要由于物业预售入账偏低及农地预期录减值4.3亿元。与2018年上半年情况不同，该行认为今次的减值不会引发公司减低中期股息。
