北京燃气蓝天(06828)向法院针对民事判决书提起上诉
北京燃气蓝天(06828)发布公告，兹提述北京燃气蓝天控股有限公司(本公司)就扩大法证调查报告的主要发现而于2022年4月19日刊发的公告，就余彭年管理(深圳)有限公司(索偿人)针对本公司提出索赔(该诉讼)而于2023年1月16日刊发的公告，及就民事判决书而于2024年7月15日刊发的公告(该等公告)。
于2024年7月25日，本公司经其法律顾问基于若干上诉理由建议，向浙江省高级人民法院(该法院的上诉法院)针对民事判决书提起上诉(上诉)。截至本公告日期，上诉的聆讯日期仍未确定。
