老铺黄金(06181)：超额配股权获悉数行使 稳定价格期间结束
老铺黄金(06181)公布，于2024年7月25日(星期四)，招股章程所述的超额配股权已获独家整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)悉数行使，涉及合共335.53万股H股股份，相当于全球发售项下可供认购发售股份总数约15%(经计及发售量调整权获悉数行使但于行使任何超额配股权之前)。超额配发股份将由该公司按每股H股股份40.50港元配发及发行。
公司进一步宣布，全球发售的相关稳定价格期间于2024年7月25日(星期四)(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。于稳定价格期间内，稳定价格操作人并无出于稳定价格的目的在市场上购入或出售任何H股股份。
