首惠产业金融(00730)附属就一套余热发电设施与北京恩吉节能科技订立融资租赁协议
首惠产业金融(00730)发布公告，于2024年7月25日，出租人南方国际租赁有限公司(公司的间接非全资附属公司)、承租人北京恩吉节能科技有限公司及卖方北京中瑞九鸿科技有限公司通过订立以下协议就融资租赁安排达成协议：出租人、承租人及卖方订立转让协议，出租人同意以总代价人民币5533万元向卖方购买设备;及出租人与承租人订立融资租赁协议，出租人同意将设备租赁予承租人，租期自出租人向卖方支付购买设备的第一期付款之日起45个月。
设备包括位于中国的一套余热发电设施，用作现有发电设施的提升工程。
公告称，该等融资租赁安排乃集团于其日常及一般业务过程中订立。订立该等融资租赁安排能够增加融资租赁业务的收入，因而对集团有利，并符合集团的业务发展策略。
