建联集团(00385)、建业建荣(01556)联合公布，于2024年7月25日(联交所交易时段后)，建业建荣(建联的非全资附属公司)与建业实业订立贷款协议。根据贷款协议，建业建荣(作为贷款人)同意按年利率6.0%向建业实业(作为借款人)提供贷款，本金额最高为2.5亿港元。
