中国新电信(08167)发布公告，2023年年度业绩将进一步延迟刊发，原因为于本公告日期，公司仍在收集及整理核数师为完成审核流程所要求的来自其附属公司的必要资料及文件，包括但不限于：1.发送至及接收自银行、供应商及客户的审计确认函;2.有关公司若干附属公司的诉讼的法律确认;3.集团减值评估之估值结果;及4.用于持续经营的营运资金预测之证明文件。
