龙昇集团控股(06829)拟折让约19.0%配股最高净筹约1490万港元
龙昇集团控股(06829)公布，于2024年7月26日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于6名最终实益拥有人为独立第三方的承配人配售最多2.4亿股配售股份，占扩大后股本约16.67%;配售价为每股配售股份0.064港元，较2024年7月26日收市价每股0.079港元折让约19.0%。
配售事项最高净筹约1490万港元，拟用作 集团的一般营运资金。
