中国能源建设(03996)提名倪真为执行董事候选人
中国能源建设(03996)发布公告，该公司董事会同意提名倪真先生(倪先生)为执行董事候选人及牛向春女士(牛女士)为独立非执行董事候选人。根据《中华人民共和国公司法》、《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》等相关法律法规和《中国能源建设股份有限公司章程》的规定，上述议案将提交本公司股东大会审议。倪先生及牛女士的任期自股东大会审议通过之日起至第三届董事会任期届满止。
董事会亦已审议批准委任倪先生为公司总经理，任期自2024年7月26日起至公司第三届董事会任期届满时止。
