标准发展集团(01867)就附属公司与兴业银行订立的本金额5000万元贷款协议提供担保
标准发展集团(01867)发布公告，于2024年7月26日，公司附属公司标发生态(巨野)有限公司(作为借款人)与兴业银行股份有限公司菏泽分行(“兴业银行”)(作为贷款人)就本金额为人民币5000万元的贷款订立贷款协议。作为兴业银行授出贷款的其中一个先决条件，公司已就贷款协议项下贷款的还款责任提供担保。
公司认为，订立贷款协议对集团有利，原因为其为集团的业务发展及营运提供额外财务资源，可加强其现金流量及流动资金。
