丰展控股(01826)控股股东Masterveyor向顶博购买8007万股公司股份
丰展控股(01826)发布公告，公 司 获 Masterveyor Holdings Limited(公司的控股股东)告知，于2024年7月27日，Masterveyor与顶博有限公司经公平磋商后订立买卖协议。根据买卖协议，Masterveyor同意向顶博购买8007万股公 司 股 份，总 代 价 为 500万港元，相当于每股所购买股份约0.062港元。据 Masterveyor所告知，代价乃参考公司股份于紧接2024年7月27日前 5日的平均收市价釐定。收购事项已于2024年7月27日完成。
所购买股份占公司于本公告日期全部已发行股份约6.011%。紧随收购事项后，Masterveyor于8.27亿股公司股份中拥有权益，占公司于本公告日期全部已发行股份约62.09%，并继续为公司的控股股东。
