大山教育(09986)发布截至2022年12月31日止年度业绩，收益2767.4万元(人民币，下同)，同比下降92.2%;公司拥有人应占亏损3054.8万元，同比收窄45.9%;每股基本亏损3.96分。
于2022财年，集团的总收益同比减少主要是由于集团于2022年3月前停止学术教育业务，导致学术教育业务产生的收益大幅减少约人民币3.387亿元。同时由于集团业务重心转移，非学术教育业务以及培训及咨询业务产生的收益部分抵销了该减少额。
