港股异动 | 喆丽控股(02209)再涨超11% 公布授出6.5万份购股权 预期中期综合纯利同比增长逾六倍
喆丽控股(02209)再涨超11%，月内累计涨幅超30%。截至发稿，涨11.13%，报5.49港元，成交额420.3万港元。
消息面上，喆丽控股发布公告，于2024年7月29日，根据首次公开发售后购股权计划向合共5名经选定的承授人(概无公司董事或高级管理人员)授出6.5万份附有权利可认购最多合共65万股公司普通股的购股权，惟须待彼等接纳。
此外，喆丽控股近日发布公告，该集团预期于2024年上半年取得未经审核综合纯利不少于1110万美元，较去年同期净溢利约156.3万美元增加约953.7万美元或610.2%，主要是由于收益及毛利增加。
