紫金矿业(02899)附属拟与专业投资机构共同投资设立紫金矿业闽投海峡启航(福州)投资合伙企业(有限合伙)
紫金矿业(02899)发布公告，该公司全资子公司紫金矿业股权投资管理(厦门)有限公司(以下简称“紫金股权”)、紫金矿业投资(上海)有限公司(以下简称“紫金投资”)与福建地方产业股权投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“地方产业基金”)、福建闽信投资有限公司(以下简称“福建闽信”)于2024年7月29日签署《紫金矿业闽投海峡启航(福州)投资合伙企业(有限合伙)有限合伙协议》，设立紫金矿业闽投海峡启航(福州)投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“合伙企业或基金”)。紫金股权作为普通合伙人出资100万元人民币，紫金投资作为有限合伙人出资9800万元人民币，合计占合伙企业出资额的50%。
公告称，合伙企业围绕公司既定的战略发展方向，通过投资新能源、新材料等产业，助力公司加速产业布局，服务公司主营业务增长。本次投资的资金来源于公司自有资金，不会对公司的财务状况、生产经营成果构成重大影响，不会损害公司及股东利益。
