信达国际控股(00111)发布公告，该集团预期与截至2023年6月30日止六个月取得的综合净利润28万港元相比, 集团于截至2024年6月30日止六个月将取得综合净利润约1100至1500万港元。
净利润同比增长主要是由于因境外债券发行项目承销收入上升致使企业融资业务板块的收益上升;以及在严谨成本控制下，整体营运开支减少。
