雅居投资控股(08426)拟折让约28.57%按“10供1”基准进行供股 募资约2000万港元
雅居投资控股(08426)公布，公司拟于复牌后透过向股东按“10供1”基准进行供股筹集所得款项总额2000万港元(扣除开支前)(假设在记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)，认购价为每股供股股份0.25港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.35港元折让约28.57%。
就建议供股而言，于2024年7月30日(交易时段后)，公司与包销商订立包销协议，据此，包销商同意根据包销协议的条款及条件悉数包销未获认购供股股份。
