亚洲联合基建控股(00711)拟折让约14.29%配售1.68亿股雅居投资(08426)股份 雅居投资(08426)公众持股量恢复至25.04%
亚洲联合基建控股(00711)及雅居投资(08426)联合公布，俊和海外(亚洲联合基建的全资附属公司及雅居的主要股东)于2024年7月30日(交易时段后)与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理同意按承诺基准将俊和海外拥有的1.68亿股配售股份(相当于雅居已发行股本的21%)配售予不少于六名承配人，配售价为每股配售股份0.30港元，配售价较雅居股份于2024年3月26日在联交所所报的收市价每股雅居股份0.35港元折让约14.29%。
完成后，亚洲联合基建透过俊和海外持有的雅居股权将由约85.96%减至约64.96%;公众人士持股量为约25.04%。因此，雅居的公众持股量将恢复至高于GEM上市规则第11.23(7)条所规定的最低公众持股量25%，雅居将向联交所申请恢复雅居股份于GEM买卖。
