赣锋锂业(01772)：黄斯颖辞任独立董事
赣锋锂业(01772)发布公告，江西赣锋锂业集团股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”) 董事会近日收到公司独立董事黄斯颖女士提交的书面辞职报告，黄斯颖女士自 2018年7月29日起在公司担任独立董事，根据《上市公司独立董事管理办法》、《公司章程》等有关规定，独立董事连任时间不得超过六年。黄斯颖女士任期届满，故向公司董事会申请辞去公司独立董事及董事会下设专门委员会相关职务，辞职后将不在公司担任任何职务。
