宝发控股(08532)发布年度业绩 年内溢利123.7万港元 同比减少59.01% 8月1日复牌
宝发控股(08532)发布截至2024年3月31日止年度的全年业绩，该集团期内取得收益4.27亿港元，同比增加29.22%;年内溢利123.7万港元，同比减少59.01%;每股基本盈利0.15港仙。
公告称，收益增加乃主要由于截至2024年3月31日止年度为两个大型住宅项目竣工而进行大量工程进度加快所致。
此外，公司已向联交所申请公司股份自2024年8月1日上午九时正起于联交所恢复买卖。
