天彩控股(03882)拟50万港元出售人工智能自动售货机零售业务
天彩控股(03882)公布，于2024年7月31日，该公司拟向吴文林出售恒强投资有限公司全部已发行股本，代价50万港元。该集团将因出售事项取得收益约为1680万港元。
据悉，武汉秀生活为目标集团的主要营运附属公司，为一间根据中国法律成立的有限公司并由维普影像拥有51%权益，主要通过经营人工智能自动售货机从事零售业务，该等人工智能自动售货机设于中国的住宅楼宇、办公大楼、酒店、学校、医院、体育中心及公园，以售卖食品及饮品。该集团于2022年11月30日落实完成收购武汉秀生活51%股权。
公告称，由于武汉秀生活自集团于2022年11月收购其业务起已持续产生亏损，中国国内消费市场的復甦迹象短至中期内并不明朗，房地产行业持续低迷将为武汉秀生活与房地产开发商及物业管理公司合作及拓展其业务带来更多挑战，公司管理层预期武汉秀生活于不久的未来将难以获得溢利或甚至达致收支平衡，因此公司认为透过武汉秀生活继续通过人工智能自动售货机经营零售业务将妨碍集团的发展及资源分配。
