基石科技控股(08391)拟发行本金总额3445万港元的可换股债券
基石科技控股(08391)发布公告，于2024年7月31日，该公司与配售代理订立可换股债券配售协议，公司同意发行而配售代理同意努力促使不少于6名承配人(承配人将为独立第三方)按照可换股债券本金100%的发行价以现金认购本金总额3445万港元的可换股债券。
经发行6500万股换股股份扩大的已发行股份总数约6.70%，每股换股股份的换股价将为0.53港元较2024年7月31日收市价每股股份0.66港元折让约 19.70%。
假设所有可换股债券均由配售代理成功配售，配售可换股债券的所得款项净额将约为 3270万港元，将由公司用于扩充香港电动车充电项目的资本开支及集团的一般营运资金，从而为公司未来的现金管理提供更多灵活性。
