港股异动 | 恒生银行(00011)跌超4% 上半年不良贷款比率增加5.32% 完成回购计划后会重新评估资本状况
恒生银行(00011)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.17%，报91.85港元，成交额1.62亿港元。
消息面上，恒生银行发布公告，于2024年7月31日，该公司斥资2002.4万港元回购20万股。据了解，恒生银行本轮30亿元回购计划将于今年9月9日结束。恒生银行财务总监苏雪冰在中期业绩记者会上表示，集团资本状况非常稳健和强劲，在完成本轮回购后会重新评估资本状况，并考虑股息及回购等所有选项。
此外，恒生银行行政总裁施颖茵在中期业绩记者会上表示，受香港商业房地产客户资金压力影响，恒生银行不良贷款比率增加2.49百分点至5.32%。至于是否已见顶，施颖茵指出，除了考虑经济环境及减息预期仍要考虑不多因素，例如预期信贷损失(ECL)，而目前预期全年ECL将低于去年。
富瑞发布研报指出，恒生银行上半年拨备较预期低主要是由于不良贷款覆盖率显著下降，投资者可能对其信心较少。虽然该行仍然对资本回报持开放态度，但宏观经济不确定性上升以及信贷状况恶化，可能会在短期内削弱资本回报前景。
