港股异动 | 北京北辰实业股份(00588)现涨超17% 控股股东增持公司A股 拟半年内继续增持
北京北辰实业股份(00588)现涨超17%，截至发稿，涨17.46%，报0.74港元，成交额2170.98万港元。
消息面上，北辰实业近日公布，7月10日，控股股东北辰集团通过上交所以集中竞价方式首次增持公司651.17万股A股，总金额约833万人民币。北辰集团计划即日起六个月增持公司A股，金额不低于3500万人民币，不超过7000万人民币，累计增持比例不超过总股本2%。
海通证券指出，公司主营业务包括房地产开发、会展（含酒店）及商业物业。其中，房地产开发业务近年来持续推进区域深耕和新城市拓展。截至报告期末，公司开发项目及土地储备分布在京津冀、长江经济带、川渝城市群、海南自贸港以及粤港澳大湾区等 15 个核心城市。此外，会展（含酒店）业务以首都会展集团为依托，已成为中国国际服务贸易交易会专业运营商、高端国务政务活动服务商、首都国际会展产业发展的重要载体，并致力于打造国际一流的会展品牌。
