消息面上，英皇国际公布，建议进行2供1，发行18.38亿股；供股价0.25港元，较7月31日收报折让30.56%。集资总额约4.6亿港元，估计所得净额4.55亿港元，拟用于扩充营运资金及/或扩展现有物业发展及物业投资业务。其中，持股74.71%控股股东英皇国际集团已承诺按持股接纳供股。
