中国天弓控股(00428)发布公告，自2024年8月1日起，陈敏仪因需要投入更多时间处理其他业务，已辞任(i) 独立非执行董事;(ii) 董事会审核委员会及提名委员会各自之主席;及(iii)董事会薪酬委员会之成员。
自2024年8月1日起： (i) 林秀梅获委任为独立非执行董事、审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自之成员; (ii) 独立非执行董事黄思乐已调任为审核委员会主席;及 (iii) 独立非执行董事梁燕婷已调任为提名委员会主席。
